California Racial Justice Act Research Collaborative
A social science research collaborative supporting advocacy under the California Racial Justice Act (Cal. Penal § 745) through student-led, evidence-based resources.
The California Racial Justice Act Research Collaborative (CRJARC) produces research-backed resources to support advocacy efforts under the California Racial Justice Act (Cal. Penal § 745). The student-led collaborative promotes access to justice by developing free, evidence-based materials grounded in peer-reviewed social science research for defendants who have experienced discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, or national origin in the California criminal legal system.
Knight-Hennessy scholars represent a vast array of cultures, perspectives, and experiences. While we as an organization are committed to elevating their voices, the views expressed are those of the scholars, and not necessarily those of KHS.
