Indigenous Peacemaking Project

This project supports the research and development of Indigenous peacemaking systems in tribal communities and beyond.

A person is speaking into a microphone while holding a piece of paper in hand. They are standing on a stage, adorned with colorful bunting.

The Indigenous Peacemaking Project brings together students, tribal communities, and other community partners to support the development of Indigenous Peacemaking systems. Projects include designing tribal conflict resolution systems with tribal partners, answering critical conflict resolution research questions for tribal and community partners, and supporting other outreach activities.

Knight-Hennessy scholars represent a vast array of cultures, perspectives, and experiences. While we as an organization are committed to elevating their voices, the views expressed are those of the scholars, and not necessarily those of KHS.
