Public Service Connect

A platform that connects and supports young individuals pursuing careers in public service through community-building and structured training.

A speaker addresses the audience while standing in front of a large screen displaying a presentation titled "Building a Public Service Training Program."

Public Service Connect aims to address the lack of structure and support for young individuals in public service careers. The platform will serve as a network to facilitate community building and provide training resources for people starting civil service careers, particularly in developing countries. Last year, we identified pains for people starting their careers, and this year, we aim to work with a partner organization in Peru to implement a pilot, but the solution can be adapted to different contexts.

Knight-Hennessy scholars represent a vast array of cultures, perspectives, and experiences. While we as an organization are committed to elevating their voices, the views expressed are those of the scholars, and not necessarily those of KHS.
