Chase Lee

Chase Lee, from Las Vegas, Nevada, is pursuing the Ford Dorsey Master’s in International Policy at Stanford School of Humanities and Sciences. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a bachelor's degree in cyber operations. Additionally, he completed the National Security Agency's Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Operations program. Chase's research interests are the gaps in knowledge pertaining to cybersecurity education in elementary schools and the Department of Defense. His capstone research focused on building a platform template for applying Ethereum blockchain technology and homomorphic encryption to electronic voting. Chase interned at the Department of Defense and Innoplex LLC. He served as the Naval Academy's Foreign Affairs Conference Technology Director, Company Platoon Commander, Midshipman Action Group's Chief of Staff, and the President of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Chase was selected as a 2021 Harry S. Truman Scholar and the winner of the MIT Policy Hackathon 2021 Internet and Cybersecurity Challenge.
