Claire Rafson

Claire Rafson, from Highland Park, Illinois, is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in history and Native American studies. Claire plans to apply her degree toward democratizing access to capital, making essential services more accessible, and embedding ESG (environmental, social, and governance) principles into companies. After graduating from Dartmouth, Claire worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company. She then served as chief of staff to the head of ESG & Impact at the private equity tech fund Silver Lake Partners. At Bain, Claire led an $150,000 fundraiser for COVID relief and received the Spirit of New York award.
