Courtney Burton, from Dunwoody, Georgia, is pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Stanford Graduate School of Business and a master's degree in environment and resources in the Emmett Interdisciplinary Program at the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability. As a Stamps President’s Scholar, she graduated with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in operations and supply chain management and a minor in engineering and business through the Denning Technology & Management Program. Prior to graduate school, Courtney worked as a strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on shaping programs that help address the environmental, social, and economic aspects that impact health and wellbeing. She served as a founding team member of the Deloitte Health Equity Institute, a social innovation and knowledge development hub committed to advancing equitable health outcomes at scale. Courtney aspires to bring the world closer to eradicating health inequities through her passion for health transformation and community co-creation.
