David Millman

David Millman, from Richmond, Virginia, is pursuing a JD at Stanford Law School. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth College, where he served as student body president. David is completing a master of science degree in local economic development at the London School of Economics. He aspires to use law and public policy to help improve communities, particularly by addressing our nation’s housing crisis. In college, David wrote legislation and campaigned for a new zoning district in Hanover, New Hampshire that was passed into law, helping to ease the region’s housing burden by allowing for more construction. He is also a campus sexual violence prevention advocate who has worked to pass legislation in New Hampshire to provide rights for survivors on college campuses, and he served as a New Hampshire state director of the Every Voice Coalition.
