Francesca Verville, from Peoria, Illinois, is pursuing a master's degree in international policy at Stanford School of Humanities and Sciences. She graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in Russian. Upon completion of graduate school, Francesca will head to Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) to train in the world's only multi-nationally manned and managed pilot training program. Through her career as a U.S. Air Force pilot and officer, she aspires to increase international collaboration through data-driven and strategic leadership. While at the Academy, Francesca analyzed counterintelligence trends as the first service academy intern to the Federal Bureau of Investigations and occupied leadership roles as both a Cadet Squadron Commander and the Cadet Wing Command Chief, positions that allowed her to lead and impact over 4,000 cadets.
