Gabriel Lee

Gabriel Lee, from London, England, is pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He graduated with first class honors from University College London, earning a medical degree and a bachelor’s degree in medical physics and bioengineering. Gabriel aspires to drive innovation in the healthcare and biotechnology markets to solve unmet needs at scale. During medical school, he worked at the World Health Organization on healthcare reform in Ukraine, and at QuantumBlack, the AI consulting arm of McKinsey & Company, on applied AI models in biopharma. As a physician, he contributed to the U.K.’s response to COVID-19 and worked on several clinical trials, including the AstraZeneca-Oxford ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccine. He co-founded a pharmacovigilance data collection platform before becoming an investor at a global equity fund, Ardevora Asset Management. His work has been recognized by TechCrunch, Babcock International, British Computer Society, and Novartis, and published in multiple leading peer-reviewed journals.
