
Juan Álvarez

Juan Antonio Álvarez is from Santiago, Chile. He is pursuing a master’s degree at Stanford Graduate School of Education and a master’s in business administration at the Graduate School of Business. He holds an economics degree and a master’s in applied economics with a specialization in public policy from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where he graduated top of his class in his master’s program. Juan is the co-founder and CEO of Trabün Foundation, an educational nonprofit that impacts over 120,000 Chilean students annually by integrating social-emotional learning and spiritual formation into schools. He aims to scale Trabün across Latin America and to help redefine education by fostering a holistic system that equips children with the skills they need to navigate today’s challenges. Juan has been recognized as one of the 100 Leaders of the Universidad Católica Business School and one of Chile’s Top 100 Young Leaders.
