Kris Quah

Kris Quah, from Singapore, is pursuing a PhD in electrical engineering at Stanford School of Engineering. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering and electrical engineering. Kris aspires to do biomedical and medical imaging research to improve people’s lives, and to work in the field of MRI. At Vanderbilt, she was a teaching assistant and tutor in the engineering department, and a research assistant. As a member of Vanderbilt’s national championship winning NCAA Division I bowling team, she was awarded NCAA Rookie of the Year, was a three-time All-American, and received Google Cloud Academic All-American honors. She received the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) Design and Research Award.
