Sneha Dave, from Greenwood, Indiana, is pursuing a JD at Stanford Law School. Sneha graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with degrees in chronic illness advocacy and journalism. She aims to shape intellectual property and regulatory systems to improve affordability and strengthen oversight of therapeutics. She founded Generation Patient, which builds peer-support programs and drives patient-led policy for millions of young adults with chronic conditions across the United States and around the world. As Generation Patient’s executive director, she led policy efforts in patent reform, age-stratified clinical trials, oversight of AI chatbots as medical devices, and key legislation on pharmaceutical advertising on social media. She has served as a principal investigator on projects with the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute and the Commonwealth Fund, among others. Sneha holds appointed roles with the National Academies of Medicine, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review, and has authored many peer-reviewed publications.
