Young Suh Song, from Seoul, South Korea, is pursuing a PhD in electrical engineering at Stanford University. He received bachelor of science and master of science degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Seoul National University. His research focuses on the simultaneous optimization of semiconductor performance and reliability in next-generation semiconductor devices to advance sustainable semiconductor technology. He has published more than 40 research papers in journals and conferences, including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Transactions on Electron Devices, IEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society, IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium, and IEEE Electron Devices Technology & Manufacturing Conference. He received the Best Paper Award from the Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers in 2020 and the IEEE International Conference on Circuits, Systems and Simulations in 2022.
