Brett Diehl, from Charlottesville, Virginia, is pursuing a JD at Stanford Law School. He graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in history, and from the University of Oxford with a master’s degree in economic and social history. Brett worked on Ann Kirkpatrick's campaign for Arizona’s 2nd congressional district, served as president of Students for Prison Education and Reform, and was head of the testimony team for the IMPACT Language Access in Law Enforcement project. He was also a prison tutor for incarcerated English- and Spanish-speaking adults. At Princeton, Diehl won prizes for best senior thesis in Latin American history, and Brazilian and Portuguese studies.
