Kevin Okseniuk, from Buenos Aires, Argentina, is pursuing a master's degree in aeronautics and astronautics at Stanford School of Engineering. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) with a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering and a minor in business. He aims to specialize in spacecraft guidance, navigation, and control, and aspires to develop sustainable businesses and space technologies to improve the quality of life for people around the globe. At SpaceX, he was an integration and test engineer with the Falcon vehicle engineering team. He interned at Terminal Velocity Aerospace, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, NASA Ames Research Center, and Delta Air Lines. He was the co-founder and chief system engineer of Airdash, a clean energy startup. Kevin was the project manager of the Prox-1 satellite mission at Georgia Tech, and served on the operations team for The Planetary Society’s Lightsail-A mission. He is also a Stamps President’s Scholar and a Gates Millennium Scholar.
