Anna Vladymyrska, from Odesa, Ukraine, is pursuing a master's degree in international policy at Stanford School of Humanities and Sciences and a master's degree in environment and resources at Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability. She graduated from Columbia University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Anna aspires to be a leader in international development, working towards promoting economic growth and restoring gender equality with the help of digital technologies and financial tools. She served as a research assistant at Columbia’s Institute for Social and Economic Research and Policy, contributing to academic works in the fields of political economy and public finance, and worked as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse’s Global Industrials Group in New York. She is a recipient of the Arnold Goldstein Scholarship, Rose Biller Scholarship, and Olga H. Knoepke Scholarship, and was selected as one of McKinsey's Next Generation Women Leaders in 2019.
