Killian McDonald

Killian McDonald, from Columbia, South Carolina, is pursuing a JD at Stanford Law School. She graduated from Clemson University with bachelor’s degrees in political science and women’s leadership. Killian aspires to defend and expand civil rights in the American South, and help prevent civil rights violations. She worked at the Feminist Majority Foundation in DC, interned with the Center for Reproductive Rights, and served as deputy finance director on the Adair Boroughs for Congress campaign in South Carolina. Killian is a Truman Scholar, and while at Clemson she won the highest award in both the College of Behavioral, Social, and Health Sciences and the College of Arts, Architecture, and the Humanities. She was Clemson’s student body president during her senior year.
