Omphemetse Mooki

Omphemetse Mooki graduated from the Stanford University’s Medical School’s undergraduate program in Immunology and Microbiology in 1992. He pursued graduate studies at The Queen’s College, Oxford, where he conducted research on the stated refractory impediments to HIV infection, using murine cells for modelling.

Omphemetse is a lawyer, practising primarily in South Africa; where he is based. He is a Rhodes Scholar and has been the Secretary of the Rhodes Scholarship for Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia and Swaziland for a number of years.
